What is a postpartum doula?
+
A postpartum doula provides emotional, physical, and educational support to families in the weeks and months after a baby arrives. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident — reducing stress so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby.
How is a postpartum doula different from a night nanny?
+
Both care for your baby, but a doula's focus is the whole family. Alongside hands-on newborn care, I offer education, feeding support, and reassurance for parents — helping you build confidence, not just get through the night.
Do you offer overnight care?
+
Yes. Overnight newborn care is one of my core services. I handle feedings, diaper changes, and soothing through the night while supporting healthy sleep habits, so you wake up rested.
What areas do you serve?
+
I support families across the Hamptons and Suffolk County, New York. I'm also available for domestic and international travel support when your family needs care away from home.
Do you speak Spanish?
+
Yes — I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I'm happy to support families in either language.
Are you certified and insured?
+
Yes. I’m a ProDoula Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula with Advanced Newborn Care Specialist training, current American Red Cross CPR/AED certification, full professional liability insurance, and a clear background check.
Can you help with feeding?
+
Absolutely. I support breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and formula preparation, and I have experience with lactation education, low milk supply, and easing the transition to the bottle.
What if I need care on short notice?
+
I welcome last-minute requests and will always do my best to be there when scheduling allows. Reach out and we'll find a way to support you.
Do you work with twins or NICU babies?
+
Yes. I have experience supporting families with twins and multiples, as well as premature babies and families transitioning home from the NICU.
How do we get started?
+
It starts with a free 30-minute consultation. We'll talk through your family's needs, I'll answer your questions, and you'll receive personalized recommendations and a customized care plan — no pressure, no obligation.
